3. Emergency & Crisis Disclaimer
CRITICAL NOTICE: Mindsy services and mobile application tools are NOT designed or intended for medical emergencies or immediate life-threatening crisis situations. If you or someone you know is experiencing a severe psychiatric crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or immediate medical danger, please call your local emergency emergency helpline or visit the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.
4. User Account & App Usage
When creating an account on the Mindsy mobile app or web platform, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Appointments & Cancellations
Clinical therapy, child psychology, and speech therapy appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time to avoid late cancellation fees per our clinic policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, application code, workshop materials, logos, branding, and text are the exclusive intellectual property of Mindpsy Psychological Services Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
